Terms of Service

1. Motorcycle Rental Requirements To rent a motorcycle from Ao Nang Super Bike, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must hold a valid motorcycle license from your home country.
• You must have an International motorbike or motorcycle driver’s license.

2. Rental Rate Inclusions Our rental rate includes:

• Use of the vehicle for a 24-hour period.
• A full tank of gas (must be returned with a full tank).
• Up to 2 standard half or 3/4 helmets; full-face helmets are available upon reservation.
• Unlimited mileage.

3. Customer Orientation Each client will receive a comprehensive orientation to the motorbike. This will cover safe driving practices in Krabi, maintenance responsibilities, and adherence to local rules and laws.

4. Fuel Policy

• All bikes use either fuel type 95 or 91; 95 is recommended for optimal performance.
• Fuel costs are the client’s responsibility.
• Bikes are delivered with a full tank and must be returned the same way; a service charge will apply if additional gas is needed upon return.

5. Helmets

• Standard helmets are provided within the daily rental rate for the rider and passenger.
• Please request additional or special helmets (including children’s and full-face helmets) prior to arrival.

6. Additional Drivers

• Up to 2 drivers are allowed per bike: the primary renter and one additional named driver.

7. Maintenance Responsibility for Long Term Rentals

• Renters with bookings longer than 1 week must check engine oil levels and report mechanical issues immediately.
• Renters are responsible for normal maintenance and may be liable for damage due to negligence.

8. Security Deposit

• A security deposit of 2000THB – 4000THB is required at pick-up.
• Deposits are also accepted in USD, EURO, and GBP.

9. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• The renter is responsible for the motorbike condition post-inspection at the start of the rental.
• Costs for damage repair will be assessed by a local shop.
• If a motorbike is lost or stolen, the renter must compensate Ao Nang Super Bike according to the bike’s depreciated online value.

10. Return Policy

• A rental day is a full 24-hour period; no hourly or partial day rates.
• Bikes must be returned by the same time as the pick-up on the final rental day.

11. Refund Policy

• All rental bookings are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for early returns.

12. Payment Methods Ao Nang Super Bike accepts:

13. Booking Terms

• Reservations require full payment to secure the rate and date.
• All reservations are non-refundable.
• Inquire about discounts for long-term or multiple bike rentals.

14. Insurance Policy

• Our motorbikes include third-party insurance.
• Some models have additional coverage; check with your rental agent for details.

15. Liability Insurance

• Basic Liability Insurance is provided with medical coverage up to 80,000 THB and a life insurance settlement of 300,000 THB.

16. Deposit

• A refundable deposit is required and varies by model.
• Deposit amounts are clearly stated for each model.

For damages or loss, the deposit is held until restoration to the pre-rental condition is confirmed.
